Watercolors 24x30 2010 The original photo was taken from on top of the Ruby Red Stairs in Times Square, New York. I was eighteen feet above Times Square looking down at the crosswalk. This unique perspective and the strong white crosswalk markings make for a great composition. The attention to or lack of detail is intentional.
